...there's nobody at HudBay telling you about it. Funny that, innit? Here's the interesting link to the news that Arizona Superior Court.Judge Crane McClennen has reversed Rosemont's permit, after a suit for legal review filed by the opposition to the project. That must have come as a surprise to the, "Rosemont Copper vice president Kathy Arnold (who) told the Arizona Daily Star in June 2014 that the suit was another request for legal review filed by a group that has appealed and lost on other issues.“We are confident that this will be rejected after review,” Arnold, Rosemont’s vice president of environmental and regulatory affairs, told the newspaper.
All this is likely to come as a surprise to the market too, as it's been a full five days since the judgment was handed down and still nothing from HBM on this material event. Nothing on losing key permits...nothing on Nino Coppero....that Garofalo doesn't say much does he?
IKN's thanks go to reader B for the headsup.
“Strange friend,” I said, “here is no cause to mourn.”
“None,” said that other, “save the undone years,
The hopelessness. Whatever hope is yours,
Was my life also; I went hunting wild
After the wildest beauty in the world,
Which lies not calm in eyes, or braided hair,
But mocks the steady running of the hour,
And if it grieves, grieves richlier than here.
